Low-speed balancing is a very efficient and practical solution for what can be a complicated and expensive problem to solve. The results achieved are comparable to those of high-speed balancing, given the proven sensitivity of our transportable balancing machine and the track record of our engineers.​

Under strict OEM supervision, we perform low-speed balancing achieving a residual unbalance of 15 gr for HP and IP steam turbine rotors, and 30 gr for LP rotors. This is well within ISO 1.0. We have a track record of successfully executing low-speed balancing jobs, resulting in no need for further balancing at operating speed.​

Our balancing machines are certified to handle rotors up to 100 tons and are constantly subject to strict quality tests demanded by OEMs and service providers.
